In the event that we fail, we shall strive to minimise and make amends for any cost, delay and inconvenience caused as a result of our failure.

We shall learn from our mistakes and ensure that through prompt and thorough corrective actions we reduce the risk of re-occurence. From our example we shall have no lesser expectations of our suppliers, their input to our business has a crucial impact on our ability to achieve our aim.

Our business has an impact on the environment; it shall be our pledge that, during extraction, environmental impact will be minimised. We shall exceed the minimum requirements of any commitment to re-instatement of our sites on completion and by the creation of enhanced and diverse habitats ensure that as a result of our actions the environment is no worse for our passing.
